Log cabin in the woods

Hikers, writers and anyone looking for solitude love this log cabin that's very private but only a short walk from the heart of Keene Valley. With a double bed, bathroom with shower, microwave, coffee maker and a small table with chairs, it has enough room for one and feels pleasantly cozy with two. If you leave the French doors open, it's like a sleeping porch in the woods. Hikers especially love it because it's a mile's walk to the Garden, a popular High Peaks trailhead with limited parking. The space A one-room cabin with double bed, sink, microwave, coffee maker and storage space. The bathroom has a toilet and stall shower. One side of the cabin has French doors that open onto a tiny screened porch, just right for a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing on a summer evening. It is a hundred fifty feet or so from the main house, but the windows and porch are obscured from view by a grove of trees in between. A perfect cabin for one or a couple who are comfortable in a small space. Guest access The cabin, driveway and area immediately around the cabin except in the direction of the main house.
