Welcome to our apartment! This unique place is located in the very heart of Kraków, right next to the Main Train Station and railway hub 🚉🧳, making it easy and convenient to reach. The city’s top attractions are just steps away! Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the Main Market Square, Galeria Krakowska, and historical landmarks 🏰🍽️🛍️ We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed here, and we hope your stay will make your memories of Kraków even more special 😊💛 The space The apartment is located in a historic tenement house right next to the Main Train Station and the MDA Bus Station, making it incredibly easy to reach any part of Kraków 🚉 Within a 5-minute walk, you can also find yourself at Galeria Krakowska, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes – definitely a great convenience during your stay away from home 🛍 The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is a cozy studio, perfect for up to 3 guests. The apartment consists of: 🛋 Living area: -One double bed (140x200 cm) -One sofa bed -Dining table with 3 chairs -Coffee table -Wardrobe for storing your belongings 🍳 Kitchenette (open space, no door separating it from the living area): -Full-size fridge with a freezer -4-burner induction hob -Oven -Kettle -All essential kitchenware, including cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans—everything you need to prepare meals 🚿 Bathroom: -Shower -Toilet -Washing machine (we provide 2 detergent capsules for your stay in case you need to use it) IMPORTANT:The apartment does not have air conditioning, but we will provide fans for your comfort. Please consider this when planning your stay. 🧹🧴 For your convenience, we also provide a vacuum cleaner, iron, and mop if needed. The apartment is fully equipped like a standard home, making it a great choice for both short and long stays. If you have any questions about what’s available, don’t hesitate to reach out! ☕ We also leave some essentials for you: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper - perfect for a quick refreshment during your stay. You will have fresh towels, bed linens, shower gel, and shampoo. If you need additional towels or a linen change during your stay, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange it for an additional fee. :) 📶 Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. (Speed test results: ping: 10 ms | download: 316.48 Mbps | upload: 52.52 Mbps). Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment 🏡. Check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00 ⏰ Check-out is by 12:00 PM ⏳. If you wish to check-in/check-out at a different time, as long as it’s possible (no reservations / other guests check out earlier / later), we’ll have no problem with that. Just let us know 😊 IMPORTANT: Check-ins after 20:00 incur an additional charge of 100 PLN (or 25 EUR) 💶! We can also offer a self-check-in option with no extra charge 👍 At check-in, someone will always come to give you the keys 🔑 and let you into the apartment. We will then explain how the heating/water heater works 🔥 or anything that might be unusual, so you won’t have any surprises! During check-in, we can also share a bit about Kraków 🏙️, so if you have any questions, we’ll have time to answer them 😊. We would of course love to welcome you in person 👋, but we can also offer a self-check-in option! 🗝️ Check-out is usually without us 🚪. You will find instructions in the apartment 📜 Other things to note We are at your disposal before your arrival and throughout your stay. 😊 While we don’t have a physical reception on-site, you can always contact us via Airbnb or by phone. If you need a cot, baby bathtub, or other essentials, feel free to ask - we’ll check availability and do our best to provide them. 🧴 In the bathroom, you will find shower toiletries - please kindly do not take them with you. 📄 According to our listing and applicable regulations, all guests are required to provide a valid ID and complete a registration form prior to arrival. Without completing the form (which will be sent via a secure link through the platform), we are unable to officially register your stay or provide the access codes to the apartment. This procedure ensures the safety of our guests and the property. Your personal information is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification. It is never used in a way that compromises your privacy and is accessible only to the secure registration system we use. All check-in instructions and access codes are sent only after the form has been completed. In case the form is not submitted, a personal meeting with one of our staff members will be required at a pre-arranged time to verify your ID. 🛂 On the day of your arrival, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, we will provide detailed self-check-in instructions. Please note: receiving this information requires prior completion of the registration form. ⏰ We kindly ask you to check out on time on the day of departure. A late check-out fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR per each started hour will apply if check-out is delayed. 🧳 As hosts, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the apartment. Please make sure the door is securely locked each time you leave the apartment. In case of lost keys, guests will be charged for the replacement of the entire lock. 🚭 For the comfort of all our guests and in line with safety regulations, smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of 400 PLN will be charged. 🧻 Please note that basic supplies such as toilet paper, laundry capsules, and dishwasher tablets are provided only at the start of your stay. If you need more during your visit, we kindly ask you to purchase them on your own. ❗ In the event that the keys to the apartment are lost by the Guest, the Guest will be charged the full cost of replacing the lock and providing a new set of keys. The total amount will be determined based on the actual cost of locksmith services and lock replacement. 🚫 Although we love animals, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment. Thank you for your understanding. 🔊 This apartment is located in an area with a moderate noise level. It’s not particularly loud, but also not completely quiet. You’ll have a comfortable stay, but please keep in mind that the surroundings are quite lively.
