A peaceful environment in the center of Antigua, this apartment is at the back of a private colonial style house, two blocks from Parque Central. The loft is private for the guest. We live in the front part of the house. A big garden separates and gives privacy for the guest. There are no keys or locks inside the house of for the loft. Just for the main street door. The space Apartment with a mezzannine, a wooden upper floor, with stairs. Kitchen and bathroom are private foryou, inside the apartment, kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, fridge, little stove, gas, kinives and forks, plates, and other utilities to cook. If you need anything please don't hesitate to ask, or when the gas is empty to replace the tank. Guest access The apartment is private, however it's located at the back of a private house; you have to cross a big gardne, but there is a table and chairs to sit and relax in the middle of flowers and birds. Other things to note House rules: -Turn off the lights when you are not in the apartment. -At night, turn ON the exterior light when you go OUT, sot not to fall when you come back. -Turn OFF the exterior light when you are IN the apartment again. -Leave the house keys on the table when you do the check-out. -As it is a quiet neighborhood, we ask no noise and not loud music. -No visitors. -No pets.
