Enjoy the Nordic design interior space. We only have one group per day, so you can have a relaxing time. The guest room is on the second floor up the outside stairs and is private. It is equipped with a private bathroom, toilet and sink. (There is no kitchen or washing machine in the room) The capacity is 4 people. We can provide two semi-double beds and two single beds. If you are bringing small children, please message me. 　Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You can also use the living and dining room (shared area) on the ground floor. There is a convenience store a 3-4 minute walk away. There are several restaurants about 15 minutes away by car. Please search for @flat.maeta on Instagram. Feel free to ask any questions The space The upstairs bedroom is a guest-only space. Please relax and enjoy the view of the fresh green leaves in spring and summer, the colorful autumn leaves, and the snowy landscape in winter. The private room has its own bathroom, toilet, and sink. There is no kitchen or washing machine. The bookshelf has books and magazines related to architecture collected by the sub-host. Feel free to look through them. It is also fully equipped with WiFi, making it suitable for workcation. Guest access The living and dining rooms on the 1st floor are available from 5 pm to 10 pm and until check-out the next morning from 8 am to 11 am. Please refrain from cooking in the kitchen on the 1st floor. You can wash and cut ingredients, so please let us know. We can lend you a cutting board and knife, but please understand that we do not have any specifically for guests. You can use the microwave and oven toaster. We also have a few dishes available, so please use them. In the case of consecutive nights, the living and dining room may not be available during the day when the host is away. Please note that we will contact you in advance. During your stay The host family lives there. We are considerate so that guests can spend their time without hesitation. Please feel free to let us know. Other things to note Depending on the weather, you can also have a BBQ in the courtyard between April and September. We can also prepare a BBQ grill, so please contact us at least one day in advance if you'd like to use it. (Usage fee for charcoal, etc.: 1,000 yen) There is no washing machine or dryer.
