Located in a small farming village a mere 10 miles from the World Heritage City of Bath and less than 3 miles from the historic market town of Corsham, this modern and cosy barn aptly named ‘The Cowshed,’ is the perfect place to relax and recharge or explore and discover. The space Ideally suited for families, couples or groups the barn is private, secluded and secure, allowing you to enjoy your break with complete peace of mind. The Cowshed boasts a spacious and bright open plan ground floor living and kitchen area, with an electric fire and underfloor heating to keep you warm during the harsh British winter months, and a large bifold door which can be fully opened out on to your own private patio area to keep you cool in the months where the sun decides to make an appearance. The Living Room is centred around a beautiful bath stone fireplace with a large, comfortable corner sofa bed and a Smart 4K Ultra HD LED TV which gives you access to both terrestrial TV channels and apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime. Superfast fibre broadband will ensure that you never miss a notification day or night. The beautifully crafted cottage style kitchen boasts a dishwasher, electric oven and hob and large fridge and freezer. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave and a pod coffee machine for those must needed caffeine boosts. There is a compact utility room for storing muddy wellies and wet coats and a washing machine and tumble dryer which are available for use with prior agreement. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are bright and cosy with electric radiators that can be adjusted to your desired temperature, and Velux windows which give you a fantastic view of the local countryside and can be opened to provide you with some of that crisp country fresh air (The windows are installed with both a black out blind and a privacy blind should you need). The bathroom houses a bathtub with an over bath shower and mixer bath taps as well as a towel radiator, large sink and under sink storage. The property has private and gated spacious off-road parking directly in front of the barn’s private entrance, and a large, fenced patio area which is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.
