The atmosphere of the accommodation is very comfortable, bright, it is located in the founders square in the center of León, that is, in the heart of the city, which allows you to have a unique experience. The building where the apartment is located is the first building that was built of concrete in the city of León Gto in 1940, it is completely remodeled but we keep original floors, doors, windows and railings, so you can enjoy a remodeled old structure, you will love it The space The apartment is located on the first floor of the JOS suites and lofts. We do not have an elevator, so you have to climb stairs. The apartment has two bedrooms. "Bedroom 1" has a queen size bed and closet. "Bedroom 2" has a queen size bed and closet, a full bathroom, full kitchen, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, television and a bar for eating. The apartment does not have a parking area on site, but we have parking a block and a half away at a cost of 10 pesos per hour in the morning and a fee from 8 pm to 8 am for 70 pesos. If you do not want to walk, there are several parking lots in the area at a cost of 15 pesos per hour. Guest access The apartment is only for the people who rent the apartment, it is not shared with the host or with other guests. Other things to note It is located in the historic center of the city, where you can find the Cathedral, the folded theater, expiatory temple, a variety of museums  and on Calle Madero you can visit a wide range of restaurants and bars, you can also eat typical dishes such as Guacamayas, bombas, cevadinas, etc. Very close (10 min by transport) is also the bus station, Zona Piel, Plaza del Zapato and Poliforum, which has museums and theaters, which you can visit on the tour bus
