A very central flat, perfect to accommodate up to 4 people, just 10 metres from Piazza San Marco. Cosy and recently refurbished, the flat is on the third and last floor (without lift) of a period building and offers comfortable and well-kept furnishings. Its location is strategic, close to the San Marco Vallaresso and Rialto stops, a few steps from St. Mark's Square - from the flat you can also enjoy a wonderful view of St. Mark's bell tower. The space The flat, only a few steps from Piazza San Marco, is convenient to reach any point of the city, thanks to the nearby vaporetto stop "San Marco Vallaresso" and "Rialto". Located on the third and last floor of a historic building (without lift) the recently renovated flat is composed of: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed and wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds and wardrobe. - Living room: with a sofa to enjoy for a moment of relax, TV and dining area. - Kitchen: with 4 gas rings and complete of fridge, hob, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, moka and utensils. - Bathroom: with shower and bidet. - Extra Services: WIFI, air conditioning (1 split - in the living room), heating with hot water boiler, hair dryer. The air-conditioning is located in the living room. Guest access The flat is for the exclusive use of the guests. We ask you to confirm your arrival time to the Operations Team: after 10 p.m. it will not be possible to access the flat. Once you arrive, you will be able to access the flat from the external door via a remote operator and collect the keys from the keybox, whose code we will provide you with during check-in. Other things to note Please be advised that: - You will be asked to provide identity documents of all guests staying, in order to register them with local authorities, as required by Italian law. - Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance to arrange a smooth check-in. - The standard mode of check-in is self check-in, so we will ask you for all the necessary information before your check-in. We ask you to confirm your arrival time with the Operations Team: after 10:00 p.m. you will not be able to access the apartment. Once you arrive, you will be able to access from the outer door via remote operator and collect the keys from the keybox, whose code we will provide you with during check-in. In-person check-ins are available only if previously agreed with our team and, in the case of late arrival, involve the following additional costs: from 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 € from 22.00 to 24.00>> 60 € NB: In case of late check-in in self check-in mode, there is no extra charge. - The city tax due to the City of Venice is not included in the price paid upon confirmation of the reservation, we will send you a payment request via Stripe to settle the amount due. The tax is €4 per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of your stay. Children 0 to 9 years old are exempt, those 10 to 16 years old have a 50% reduction on the tax.
