Custom designed luxury wood panel beds. * All the bedrooms have refresh cool Amerisleep King memory foam beds (Non toxic, fiberglass free, Made in USA) with organic duvets and sheets for the bedding with luxury pillows to compliment, modern ensuite bathrooms and smart HDTV. * Kitchen is fully equipped and has fine China dinnerware and cutlery. * Stunning Custom made wet bar with with everything you need to create your own cocktail and a wine cooler to entertain. * Whole house water filtration. * Washing machine and dryer. * Walk up the indoor staircase to the rooftop - soak in the view of the bay of Cabo San Lucas. * Large pergola covered rooftop of the penthouse has premium Weber grill/griddle/side burner, wine cooler, make your own cocktail wet bar with bar chairs, two lounging daybeds, multiple sofas to relax, drink & dine with dining table, fire-pit and a spacious Jacuzzi to wind down. It's all for yourself. * Guests have one free covered garage parking - can park two cars. Guest access At Vista Vela you have access to the infinity pool which is heated & fitness center is stocked with free weights, exercise equipment, and cardio machines. There is a tennis court/Pickle ball at Vista Vela. The club house at Vista Vela Is a great place to hang out. If you drive your own car there is a covered parking spot. Vista Vela - luxury gated development right beside Costco (less than 5min walk), less than 5 min driving to Walmart, Medano beach and Cabo San Lucas clubs and the Marina. Vistavela is 30 minutes from San José del Cabo International Airport. Explore the cuisines from the comfort of our home by hiring a private chef or get it delivered. Other things to note We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following REMINDERS during your stay at our property: • Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Smoking in the patio or rooftop is prohibited by HOA with fines of 250USD or more. • Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances. • Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited. • Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. • The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved.visitors are not allowed. • Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking. • Extra Guest FEES: We are allowed only 6 guests by our HOA rules. Additional guests will be charged $50 per night per person thro AIRBNB. Also you have to pay HOA fee of 250$ per additional person for the stay at the HOA office. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue. •Kitchen essentials like oil, salt, sugar, spices are for initial startup use only, please purchase your cooking needs if needed. Thank you for your cooperation in making sure that our property remains a peaceful and safe environment for all our guests. If you break or damage something, please let us know. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. Also with the jacuzzi please don't alter the settings, if the panel gets locked we need to call service guy to restart it and they charge 150$ USD which will be added to your charges. Community pool is heated, in colder months if pool temp., is suboptimal for your needs, you have the private hot tub for you to indulge.
