Brand new 40 m2 apartment in a newly built house (Nov 2021) in the upper part of Solvorn with views of the countryside, fjord and mountains. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating (waterborne), private small bathroom/w shower, open living room-kitchen solution (/w dishwasher) and 2 bedrooms (+ sofa bed). The apartment is on the first floor of a three-story family home. The space The cozy apartment has a minimalistic style, and all furniture (including the beds of 140 cm and 160 cm) are newly bought. Underfloor heating is giving a nice and comfortable temperature in all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with table- and cookware, small fridge, water boiler and dishwasher. The living room area has a sofa that can be used as a bed (140 cm) and a TV with connected chromecast. You will also find a small table on the side of the sofa that can be remade as a cozy table for two or a bigger table where you can fit 4(-6) people. There are many summit opportunities in the local area, and it is less than 10 minutes drive to SognSkisenter (Heggemyrane) where you can go snowboarding etc. and cross-country skiing, and less than 20 minutes drive to Sogndal and water park (Lustrabadet) in Gaupne.
