The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware for those that like to stay in to eat and has a mini-fridge with a small freezer unit for any groceries. Additionally, there is a fully stocked tea + coffee station available for your morning caffeine fix. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower that does require one step across the door railing. Complimentary shampoo / conditioner / bar soap / body wash is available as well as a hair dryer. The living room has a chaise sofa where you can put your feet up and enjoy streaming movies / TV shows. It also has a full-size memory foam pull-out sofa bed. The dining area seats four and can be used for meals, playing board games, working, or planning out your day. Lastly, the bedroom is a quiet oasis for you to relax and unwind on a queen-size Tempur-Pedic memory foam bed. The bedroom includes a TV, work desk and chair, and plenty of storage space in the closet and dressers. Guest access Merced Manor is a suburb within the city but as San Francisco is small, you really can get anywhere by bus/street car and if you really want to, by foot! Street parking is super easy and accessible on our block. You are also within 10-minute walking distance to a large shopping mall (Stonestown Galleria), and direct public transportation to the Financial District/Union Square and Golden Gate Park/Golden Gate Bridge/Fisherman's Wharf. Other things to note Accessibility note: The walkway to the side entrance is open but the cement pathway is narrow. There is one short step required to get into the hallway that provides access to the apartment. Pet allergy disclaimer: We live upstairs and have an indoor cat that is NEVER in the apartment. Toddler disclaimer: We also have a toddler who is in daycare on the weekdays. Our living room is above the apartment living room and you may hear some muffled noise/pitter patter when he is home. We make every effort to avoid the area before 8am. For your safety and our own, there are security cameras facing the various entry points throughout the house, including the main front door, the private side entrance, and garage area.
