A mid-century design inspired cabin nestled on one of the most secluded coves of the Northern Oregon Coast between Cannon Beach and Manzanita. It's a luscious ocean getaway surrounded by Oswald West State Park and it's only 1.5hrs from the city of Portland. Guest access The cabin will be solely yours. There is no one else on the property. *Note: Photo shoot and video shoots are not allowed without our prior approval, consent, and location release. If you are hoping to do a shoot, please be in touch with us and we can discuss.* Other things to note 1. REVIEWED GUESTS: Due to previous negative experiences, we only approve bookings by reviewed users. Thanks for understanding. 2. NO CIGARETTES: We are a strict no cigarette smoking/tobacco vaping anywhere inside or outside the property or in the neighborhood. Please don't book our cabin if you are a smoker. If for some reason you have booked already and know that one of your guests will not be able to stay without smoking, we will gladly reimburse you 100% to cancel the reservation. Third hand smoke is very serious to us and your stay will be terminated immediately if you smoke anywhere inside, on the deck, at fire pit, or even near the property and there will be a large fine assessed to help remediate. See this study for more info on third hand smoke at center4research. Thank you for understanding. 3. NO INDOOR SHOES: We also are a strict no shoes cabin. Please bring slippers to stay cozy. Thank you! 4. DOGS: We allow one dog only if it's well behaved and de-flea'd. I'm sorry but we do not allow 2 dogs at our cabin. Also, because of an experience of previous damage, we require that a dog is never left alone in the cabin. Please tell us info about your dog at the time of requesting to book the cabin if you would like to bring with you, ie: what type of dog, how old, and how long you've had your dog. Please add your dog to the reservation. There is a $30 housecleaner's pet fur fee. 6. TAX: Clatsop County charges lodging taxes to all visitors and requires homeowners to collect. That tax is included in our nightly rate. Thanks for understanding. 7. CARS: We allow up to 2 cars only per county regulations and they must be parked in the driveway. Please do not park in front of the cabin and on any part of the lawn. It is a septic drain field so parking on it will damage it. Our county permit does not allow for more than 2 cars. 8. OCEAN SAFETY: Most importantly, the ocean is magnificent and can be quite wild so dangerous too. There can be sneaker waves, very large waves, king tides (especially in January and June) and waves crashing intensely at high tide, or logs rolling. Please watch your little ones, never turn your back on the ocean, don't play on logs, and observe the ocean before getting too close or going in. Be safe.
