We accommodate semester based bookings, for example August through December and/or January through May. Please note: This is one of three bedrooms. The space Welcome to our home near Syracuse University! Our home is the perfect place to stay for visitors to Syracuse who are looking for a convenient and comfortable spot to call home during their stay. This private bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of our duplex home, and guests will have access to shared common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and courteous home, and we're looking for guests who share those same values. The private bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, nightstands, desk with a rolling office chair, and a closet with hangers. Bedding, towels, and a laundry hamper are provided for our guests. Please note that there are two additional private bedrooms located on the 2nd floor, which may also be rented out to other guests during your stay. - We supply and restock all cleaning supplies and items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other essentials. - The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen appliances and utensils that you'll need to cook and enjoy meals. - The living room is furnished with comfortable couches and a 50 inch Smart TV (BYOL - Bring Your Own Log-in!) - We recently upgraded to tankless water heater (unlimited hot water!) and central air to include both heating AND cooling (no more window ACs!) - The driveway is split into two "lanes", with the right lane reserved for guests living on the second floor. We encourage guests to work out a parking situation that works for everyone, and street parking is also plentiful, free, and always available. - Every guest gets their own unique PIN code for the smart-lock entry, and each bedroom has a unique lock, and you will be provided with your own bedroom key. Our home is conveniently located near Syracuse University, making it an ideal location for students. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions nearby, and we're happy to provide recommendations for things to do and see during your stay. We're excited to welcome you to our home and to make your stay in Syracuse as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
