Sometimes the rates are cheap, but you might end up with a booking in a remote area or with aggressive neighbors. Other times, the location is good, but the price is very high. Finding a homestay with a hospitality experience is very rare. You might rent a flat where the owner or host is busy with other work, leaving you frustrated with no solution if any problem arises. Balmy BNB (Ministry of Tourism, Gov. of India approved) offers a solution that balances pricing and location. Our location is unbeatable compared to other homestays. We are situated in Action Area 1, the most developed area of Newtown. Mostly the 5-star hotels like Fairfield Marriott, Novotel, Pride, and Lemon Tree etc. are in Action Area 1. Our building is located on a 30-foot-wide service road on HIDCO plot, just a 1-2 minute drive from the main road of Newtown, with no obstruction of view. Opposite the building is Upasna Park, a green area with picnic spots. Our building stands alone on 4.5 kattas and is entirely dedicated to homestay use, eliminating hassles related to security passes, other flats, or objections from housing complex committees. ROOMS & WASHROOMS: This space comprises four rooms and four washrooms. Three of the rooms have attached washrooms, while one room has a non-attached washroom conveniently located just a step away. . The washrooms are modern and spacious, featuring wall-hanging commodes, granite-fitted washbasins, refreshing showers with hot and cold water, and high-quality branded fittings. LIVING/HALL: This apartment features a spacious 2 ton air-conditioned living area spanning 400 sqft, perfect for family and friends' gatherings. The apartment features a 40/43" smart TV for entertainment purposes. Additionally, there is a 3+1+1 sofa set for lounging and relaxation. The back wall is adorned with geometric wallpaper, providing a Bollywood-themed ambiance. Moreover, all walls are tastefully decorated with high-quality canvases featuring celebrities. Please note that access to the air conditioning in the living room incurs an additional charge of 799 INR per day. DINING AREA: The living room is divided by a beautiful wooden rack, with the other side featuring a dining area complete with a wine glass rack. This setup provides a perfect arrangement for dining and drinking with fine glassware. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with a gas connection, fridge, microwave, and cutlery, providing everything you need for your culinary needs. BALCONY: There is a large balcony that offers a delightful view of the road and Upasna Park, allowing for ample sunlight and a pleasant atmosphere. BUILDING: The Balmy BNB Tower 2 is a four-storied building with an elevator. This flat is located at 4th floor. SECURITY & SAFETY: You can rest assured about security and safety in this building. Despite being situated on a main 30-feet roadside, there is zero traffic noise, as the area is calm and peaceful. Additionally, there is a jogging and cycling track surrounding the building. To enhance security measures, the building is under CCTV surveillance, providing an added layer of safety for the residents and guests. PARKING RULES: A complimentary parking space for one car is provided at the ground level of the building. For 2 guests or less: You will get 1 room; the other 3 rooms will be locked or rented to other guests. For 4 guests: You will get 2 rooms; the remaining 2 rooms will be locked or rented. For 6 guests: You will get 3 rooms; the 4th room will be locked or rented. SHARING STATUS: If you book for 7 or more guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire flat. Rooms will be accessible based on the number of guests in your booking. Other things to note While we do not have dedicated power backup facilities at Balmy BNB Tower-2, it is important to note that power cuts are rare in our area. We have observed minimal instances of power interruptions, ensuring a consistent and uninterrupted power supply for our guests. Visiting guests are restricted from entering the flat unless permitted in specific cases. However, we have a sofa located on the ground floor where guests can sit and meet each other. The living room is equipped with a 2-ton air conditioner, which you can access by paying 799 INR per day. Once your payment is completed, you will be provided with the remote control and the power will be turned on. However, access to the AC in all four rooms is included in the room rent. *Please do not attempt to cool the living room by opening the bedroom door. Using the air conditioner beyond its capacity to cool both the bedroom and the attached living room may cause it to malfunction, overheat, water dripping or even pose a fire hazard. If manipulative use leads to damage the AC, you will be charged for repairs or replacement of the AC*
