The space The apartment is on the second floor of a newly constructed building (with an elevator). It is located just across the street from a park. We care for the planet, so we offer an eco heater for winter and an air cooler in summer, an eco version of the air conditioner. This is a luminous, well-ventilated, 463 square foot, well-distributed 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom apartment. A 221 MBPS Internet, a desk with basic office supplies, and a comfortable and solid velvety work chair make it ideal for remote workers. We fully furnished the apartment to make you feel at home. In the laundry closet, you will find a 15 lb/7 kg Washing/drying all-in-one SAMSUNG machine, wall mount drying line, cleaning tools, please use liquid laundry detergent only or we sell liquid detergent pods for $1 or S/4 soles each. We have a BOSCH water heater that provides generous hot and good pressure showers. The bedroom has a big closet and a full-size bed for 2 people. We provide you with an iron and ironing table as well as a blanket and extra pillow. It has a fully equipped large kitchen with a large refrigerator, a stove with oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, baking dishes, and utensils. The living room has a velvety light blue sofa, a Queen Anne design carpet, and a coffee table. There is a solid wood console with a Philips LED 43’ smart HD TV that will allow you to sign in to your Netflix account for movies in addition to the cable TV service provided. The dining area is between the kitchen and living room having 3 tall solid wood chairs and a long countertop area for dining. The apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs where you can sit to enjoy the park and sunset view. There is a robust chandelier cactus and a Zen Meditating Buddha garden statue that we hope can inspire you to practice yoga with the 2 natural rubber yoga mats we provide. We have a parking space inside the building parking area for S/16 soles a night. An automatic garage door opener will be given and it can be opened automatically from your car when approaching the garage door. This is a Dog/cat-friendly listing, we provide the following: -Comfortable bed with a washable cover. -A litter box for cats -Two non-skid suction base pet water bowls. -Flashlight with dog waste bag dispenser (Lavander-scented doggie poop bags) Guest access Note: We have a mounted lockbox with a light-up dial at the apartment entrance for your convenience. Entrance to the building will be arranged at your arrival for the 24 hours doorman to allow you in and I will give you the passcode for the lockbox. When departing you will return all keys to the lockbox outside the apartment door. Please NEVER leave keys with the doorman or any other building personnel, if you do we will need to charge you for changing the door lock and for any lost or damaged item. You can safely park in the street at your own risk but "Serenazgo" patrols every hour around the neighborhood. Other things to note This is a safe residential neighborhood that is regularly patrolled by "Serenazgo". The building has 24 hours doorman. The building has electric fence protection for your security. We work with high standards of cleaning to ensure the most enjoyable stay possible.
