In a unique position, 50 meters from the beautiful "La Pelosa" detached house of about 80 sq m with a beautiful view of the sea and 600 sq m of shared garden. The house is on one level with a living room with dining area, which opens onto the veranda with resin decorations, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and a recently renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is ideal for 4 people but with the use of the sofa bed it can accommodate up to 6 people.
