Cottage in the heart of Port Joinville

This maisonette is our family home. If you're looking for a typical island house, you'll be fine. If you are looking for a hotel-like experience, this is not what we offer! Located in Port-Joinville in the heart of an alley, it can accommodate 4 to 5 people. Fully equipped and with a terrace, it has no Wi-Fi but the great outdoors. All shops in the immediate vicinity The space This house has been my little refuge since 2019, I come here as much as possible but I also rent it because I want it to live and to have a good time. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace, and in winter, read in the warmth thanks to the stove installed this year. This house is practical and comfortable, but it is not luxurious, we leave our personal belongings there. I ask that you respect the house as your own home. It easily accommodates 4 people, and potentially a child (bench). Due to the stairs and mezzanine, the house is not very suitable for small children. However, you will find a travel crib, high chair and children's toys. Other things to note No pets are allowed in the house (allergies). Thank you!
