Definitely hit Mario's Fishbowl or Black Bear for some local flair (and great food). There are stairs leading up to the apartment, but the apartment is one level. May be difficult for elderly guests due to the stairs leading up to the apartment. There is a 24-hour Fitness Center on site, a key fob is provided in the apartment for access. Fitness Center can be accessed 24/7.
