Modern apartment (2) for two people

The space Our apartment 2 consists of a bedroom with a double/single bed and a private bathroom. The room is equipped with a television. In the large common area, they have enough space to eat or play games. Also located here is our large communal kitchen with refrigerator, which is fully equipped. You will also find a coffee machine and a snack machine in our entrance. For children up to three years we also have a small travel cot available. Guest access The apartments have a separate entrance. During your stay I am always available to answer any questions by phone. I live in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note Due to bad experiences, we charge a deposit on arrival for larger groups ( from 4 persons). If they book our apartment for their employees, we will charge a security deposit of €100. If the apartment is left properly, they will receive the deposit back.
