Converted Elementary School - The Library

This private suite with 2 bedrooms and kitchenette has a separate entrance and loads of space. This room is a conversion of a public school library and offices. The secretary's office has one king bed, and the principal's office has a queen bed. The sofa folds down into a bed. We are dog friendly. An extra cot is available for $25 per night. Sandbanks Park pass is available for your use during your stay. Added 17% tax is mandatory HST and MAT. License Number: ST-2020-0432 The space There is a well-appointed kitchenette with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and mini fridge, plus a private bbq. There is also a dining and living area in each suite. We are dog friendly and have two large dogs on the premises. They are very friendly and may run to you and bark to greet you. Guest access There is a patio table and chairs outside of your suite, plus a gas barbecue. Each suite has a door to the hallway and to their outdoor space. Other things to note Weekly rental available in July and August with check in and out on Sundays.
