Despite this rural idyll, a short walk away from two great pub. Only 5 minutes away from the motorway. Hot tub with complimentary slippers and robes, all included within the price no extra charge! The space The Stables , is south facing and has a vaulted ceiling as well as large bi-fold doors to bring the outside, in. A stylish kitchen/living room boasts an integrated dishwasher, washing machine & fridge freezer, electric fan oven and hob with extractor over, along with Microwave & Nesspresso coffee smart TV, DAB radio, table and chairs. New leather king size sofa bed and chair. Bathroom Modern suite with walk in shower The toilet is connected to our septic tank so please only flush toilet roll down the toilet. Toilet roll is provided along with towels for up to four guests. The bedroom Boasts architectural beams and chandelier, a king size double bed and smart tv; plenty of storage with an integrated wardrobe plus dressing table/work station mirror, hairdryer, ironing board, cordless Dyson vacuum. Views over our field where our four sheep - Cotton-bud, Bo Peep, Curly, Wool-i-am and our new edition Dandelion who was hand reared and loves to be stroked they are very friendly and great characters. Located close to the shibden valley and the Piece hall in Halifax a great venue to watch live bands. The views will take your breath away! Situated in a lovely village Norwood Green overlooking rolling fields. Stylish and contemporary interior together with a private garden and patio with outside kitchen, many walks directly from the Annex through stunning countryside make this a magical place to stay. GUESTS WITH DOGS Please let us know if there are any four-legged guests joining you on your trip when booking. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs (possibly one more, but only if discussed/ approved by us prior to booking) Dogs can only be left unsupervised on the premises with our prior agreement. For dogs that you know will be okay to be left unsupervised for short periods we can offer a dog walking/visit service for if you wish to visit somewhere where dogs aren't able to go, such as Royal armouries museum or Eureka! Prices: £10 per half an hour - this can be a walk, a let outside, a play or a fuss/cuddle (or a combination!) - whatever you and your dog would prefer. Please wipe any wet/dirty paws when coming into the annex and keep dogs off furniture or put throws (provided) wherever you can. Other things to note Self-check-in upon arrival is available via the key lockbox. We will however always try to be here when you arrive to say hello and answer any questions. We live at Lower Carr Barn , we have small Jackapoo called Ruby, who is not vicious in any way but can sometimes bark at unfamiliar people. If you are nervous of dogs please notify us on booking so we can make sure she's kept out of your way. Hot tub, we clean the tub before and after. We test the water and supply chlorine tablets to keep the levels safe to give you peace of mind. Newly installed lights make for a great experience at night, No extra charge for the use if you do not wish to use the hot tub please let me know upon booking. thanks. Guest access The Stables has its own private hot tub & garden with patio, furniture. outdoor lighting, bbq, large garden area with astroturf with spectacular views over the fields. Other things to note Shared use of our play it is just next to the annex my 6 year old sometimes like to play too when kids are staying. Wooden pirate ship with a sandpit, tower slide and monkey bars Hours of fun to be had trampoline and football goals with large Astro turf area! We have a summer house with pool table, air hockey and table tennis or play bowls on our Astro turf, we have something for everyone. Also many board games. For the older generation we have a newly installed hot tub which is a fantastic way to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings contact for information. All included within the price.
