All linens, blankets, towels, complimentary toiletries are only prepared for guest one time during check in. - Stove provided for light cooking only. - Monthly utilities fees fully bear by tenant with the average rates RM 0.691/kwh (electricity) and RM 2.94/cum (water) for monthly stay. Utilities meter reading will be taken during check in and after check out.
