Private Cottage • Heated Pool • Pyrenees Views
Description
Petit Puntos is a beautifully presented detached cottage in its own private grounds on the edge of a peaceful Gascogne village in the Gers. Facing due south, it enjoys far-reaching countryside views towards the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside, it has been thoughtfully modernised to a high standard. Outside is where much of the holiday happens, with a covered terrace for dining and relaxing, a raised decked area for sunshine and a heated private pool with the mountains as your backdrop. The space The bright, open plan living space is filled with natural light and looks south towards the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. It includes a spacious sitting room with Smart TV, dining area with wood burner and a very well equipped kitchen. French doors open directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the house and outdoor living areas. There are three bedrooms, although the cottage is best suited to up to four guests. The smaller third bedroom can also be used as a study or quiet workspace. A separate dressing area and bright, modern bathroom with bath and shower complete the accommodation. Outside, the large covered terrace runs along the front of the house, providing generous shaded space for long lunches and relaxed dinners. Steps lead to a raised decked area for enjoying the sunshine and the private heated pool, with uninterrupted views towards the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Guest access The garden is large and well maintained and there is also adequate private parking space for two cars. A car is required in this area as the closest shop is 7km away. Other things to note Internet is excellent and there is English FreeSat TV, Denon Soundbar and Amazon FireStick. There is also a Sage coffee machine. Given the raised decking the property is not suitable for young children. Pets will be considered on request. Pool heating available on request.
