Guests have access to a canoe, hammock, and fishing rods and an outdoor BBQ. Perfect for a quiet retreat during your visit to Saugerties for HITS, but still minutes to the shops / restaurants / events in the Village of Saugerties, or a short drive to Woodstock or Kingston. Guest access The entire house and grounds are all for guests. There is a basement with storage. Other things to note The house has very strong internet & Wifi in all corners of the house (mesh wifi). The internet has tested at 334 mbs download and 12 mbs upload. The house has solar panels and a Powerwall for green living and backup power.
