This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental. There is a large rustic kitchen, and dining area with fridge, range, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small smoothie maker. There is a large, full bath complete with all linen. Please note that you have to enter through the middle bedroom to go to the bathroom and the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable but firm mattresses on double beds. There is a lovely old brick front porch with two large rockers for your pleasure. The sunroom and porch (in nice weather) will compete for your time, bring a book and enjoy a cup of tea! We are not able to rent this property to families with children under 18, or pets at this time. While the Farmhouse is near our home, 100 ft, and near a fairly busy street, most of the time it is quiet and peaceful. Wifi has been updated, and works beautifully! You have access to full house, porch, pergola area with wrought iron table and chairs, and the rest of the 18 acre farm, if you are ok sharing with the horses. Please get a safety instruction from us if you choose to feed our horses apples or carrots! We can be reached 24/7 at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Phone # available after booking. The farmhouse is located on an 18 acre farm in the midst of subdivisions, but feels plenty secluded. It is West of Nashville city, but an easy 20-25 min drive to downtown or to Franklin, TN. No public transportation is available, but Uber and Lyft are options for you. There is another short term Air B and B property rented to guests just down the hill from the farmhouse. They have a separate driveway. We share a drive with you. Additional charges for more than 2 guests.
