The layout allows a very good demarcation between the living and sleeping areas. The apartment was renovated in January 2022. It is on the 4th floor, has underfloor heating and a magnificent view of the valley and the vineyards. The balcony invites you to linger. The kitchen-living room: has a brand new stove with ceramic hob, 4 plates and hot air oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, plenty of dishes and cutlery. The dining table with two chairs is great for working on the laptop. The living room: has a cozy couch, a pouf, side table, 70s lounge chair (my favorite piece), lots of daylight and direct access to the balcony. In the sleeping area: there is a French bed (140 cm x 200 cm) with reading lamps, a spacious wardrobe (240 cm x 200 cm) and plenty of bed linen. The modern bathroom: has a shower, toilet, a new sink with base cabinet, a new toilet and is equipped with many toiletries including a hairdryer.
