The chalet offers 1 double bed / 1 quadruple bed room on the 1st floor and 1 double bed room on the ground floor. It also has 2 baby cots & child safety locks on the stairs. In the living room with fireplace there is a large dining table. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. The chalet is easily accessible by public transport & 10 min. by car from the Schwarzsee. The lake is an attraction in summer and winter and offers versatile activities The space The chalet offers a cozy ambience with a fireplace and is located in a quiet chalet district with beautiful views of mountains and nature. On the patio in front of the kitchen there are 2 outdoor tables with chairs and parasol, 2 cozy rocking chairs. There is also a grill for use. It has electric heaters in the living room and in the three rooms, which automatically heat to a room temperature of 20 degrees during the day and 18 degrees at night. Ideally, you can additionally heat with the fireplace, wood is available. The bathroom is not heated. Guest access In front of the house, there is a parking space. However, the driveway is a bit steep and not easy to maneuver. In case of difficulties, you can park down at the main road next to the waste house and walk 10 minutes to the house. The house is easily accessible by public transport (Mösli station). From the bus station it is about 10 minutes to the house. The bus to the lake and back can be used for free. Or there is a very nice stroller-friendly walking path (approx. 20 min.) along the river Sense to the lake.
