Welcome to this spacious and warm triplex, located in the hamlet of Chalp de Saint-Véran, on the edge of the road that leads to the village, in the heart of the sublime Queyras Regional Natural Park. Nestled on the first level of a chalet, you will stay in a warm universe, in an old bar-relaxation area revisited in a cozy loft. You will enjoy this atypical space, conducive to relaxation and the surrounding nature. The space Ideally located at the start of the La Chalp cross-country ski slopes and a stone's throw from the Molines-en-Queyras ski resort (possibility to get there on foot in less than 10 minutes), you can escape from the apartment in complete freedom, equipped with your snowshoes, moon boots or hiking skis. Other trails will take you to Saint-Véran, in the La Blanche Valley or Col Agnel, the possibilities for soft or committed walks are many. After a breath of fresh air, some will embark on a game of foosball, while others will prefer to immerse themselves in their novel, curled up on the bench by the fireplace. ***************** This bright apartment offers views at each of the openings: full fire on the peaks, the larches, the tits, the skiers or even the fox... Inside, a large living room offers full height, with a sofa lounge area, foosball table and TV, open to a spacious and friendly kitchen-dining room. The fireplace area lined with benches is ideal for reading or chatting. An entrance airlock allows you to easily store shoes, clothing, helmets and backpacks. Upstairs, a first sleeping area, a double sink/shower bathroom and a separate toilet await you. Then, nestled in the highest mezzanine accessible by a staircase, you will access the second sleeping area, a charming master bedroom overlooking the living room. All in a "cabin" style architecture. Finally, a private terrace of 10 m2 accessible from the living room is an opportunity to soak up the sun during the beautiful hours of the day, over a coffee. ***************** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The night spaces are organized as follows: - Sleeping area 1: cozy master bedroom, accessible by small stairs / Semi-open, overlooking the living room with 1 double bed 160 x 190 cm - Sleeping area 2: to be arranged as desired: 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm, 1 of which is raised, or 1 raised single bed and a double bed 160 x 190 cm / Space closed by a blackout curtain Bed linen and towels provided. Additional kitchen equipment: Raclette and fondue sets. The rest of the Chalet is inhabited year-round, we do not accept parties and thank you in advance for respecting the neighborhood.
