Description
With 1940s architecture, the accommodation has two comfortable and airy bedrooms, a living room and pantry, as cozy as a good Minas Gerais house, an outdoor area equipped with a barbecue and a beautiful garden with a fountain. Its privileged location has bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and banks within 100 meters Easy access to the Fernão Dias highway makes it possible to visit the cities and tourist attractions of the region quickly and safely. Come and discover the charms of Mantiqueira! The space Casazul has a classic 1940s architecture, large windows with glass and wood sheets, allowing for various lighting configurations. A cozy living room with a 50" smart TV connected to the internet and two armchairs with footrests. Two bedrooms, one with a Queen-sized bed and the second with two twin beds. The kitchen, with beautiful hydraulic tiles, features the basic equipment and crockery needed for the number of guests. The large backyard with lush landscaping and a fountain completes the coziness of the barbecue area. There is also a cozy office with a large table and a small library. Note: Due to the age of the building, its garage is extremely narrow, so to avoid the risk of damage to guests' cars, in an attempt to safeguard their cars, we chose not to make the garage available. Other things to note Casazul is a house that is more than 70 years old, very well preserved, that has received some care and renovations to provide comfort compatible with our times. It's important to note that our garage can be extended for larger cars. As a result, we have chosen not to make this space available to guests.
