Please take note of the following details before booking: Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $350 per month). We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment.
