This home is located in a neighborhood therefore no parties or noise disturbances will be allowed out of respect for the community. All guests will be required to acknowledge and agree to House Rules before finalizing booking. Here is some additional info about the spaces: - Large living room with comfy sectional, big chair, and mounted Smart TV (fireplace is decorative). **Wifi is provided, but no cable. The living room has a Smart TV that you will be able to login to your favorite apps to enjoy streaming for entertainment. - Casual round dining table and formal dining room with bar cart for all of your special moments - Updated kitchen with brand new gas stove is equipped with all of the cooking essentials to feel at home. Stainless steel fridge & dishwasher. Keurig coffee has a pot side and pod side, regular & decaf ground coffee and pods provided and a tea kettle. Full dining set with dishes, glassware, utensils, cocktail & wine glasses. New pot and pan set, bakeware, basic cooking utensils and spices. - Washer/dryer is located in the kitchen. Detergent and dryer sheets provided. - Upstairs features 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms: A primary suite King bed, dresser, two closets, black out curtains and en suite full bathroom with shower. A large bedroom with grey Queen bed, dresser, desk for work or getting ready, walk in closet, black out curtains. A medium bedroom with a Queen bed and a room with two twin beds. Flamingo hallway full bathroom with bath tub. - Towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner provided in bathrooms. Basic cleaning supplies, household items, laundry detergent, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, etc provided. - Screened in porch with seating to relax or a desk for a dedicated work space away from the other guests with fresh air! - The semi-finished basement has a fun, interchangeable game table and additional couch.
