We look forward to seeing you soon :) The space The Property 131 Wellington is a typical Old Hull home dating back to the early 1900s. Built in 1915, the house still features several architectural details that reflect its historic charm and character. The property includes two fully private and independent units. The Studio, located on the ground floor, is a welcoming space where you’ll quickly feel at home. High ceilings, a few exposed brick walls, and the smart use of space make it a comfortable and unique place to stay. The unit is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace, and a dining area. As it is a studio, the Murphy bed is located in the main living space. It can easily be folded up if you’d like to use the space for a short workout or a yoga session.
