A renovated 100-year-old Japanese house available for one group per day. Original beams and wooden details remain, while facilities are updated for a comfortable stay. A wood stove is available in winter. The house accommodates up to 8 guests (2 bedrooms). The kitchen has basic utensils for simple cooking. On clear days, the Central Alps can be seen from the living room. Guests can relax on the veranda in warmer seasons.Located in a quiet satoyama area. Includes a sofa and a dresser. ■ Japanese-style Room (17㎡ – Sub Bedroom) Tatami room with three futons available. ■ Kitchen A traditional doma-style kitchen equipped with basic utensils and tableware. Self-catering is possible. ■ Bathroom (Hinoki) Hinoki bathtub. All of the buildings are free to use, but please note that some areas of the grounds are off-limits. In addition, neighboring grounds are off-limits as they are the property of a third party. Other things to note ■ Capacity Up to 8 guests can stay. (We recommend 6 guests for a comfortable stay.) ■ Check-in / Check-out Check-in is handled in person by our staff. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time when making your reservation. Although we take preventive measures, insects may enter the house due to door or window openings. Insect repellent items are available, but we kindly ask for your understanding. ■ Children Children of elementary school age and older are charged the same as adults. Infants may stay free of charge (sharing beds). Please bring amenities for children, as we do not provide kids’ amenities. ■ Drinks We offer a selection of beverages from the Minami-Shinshu region. Please pay for drinks via QR code (credit card payment). ■ Consideration for Neighbors The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please refrain from outdoor dining, fireworks, or loud activities after 21:00. ■ Access ・Car: about 15 minutes from Komagane IC ・Bus: direct buses available from Shinjuku / Nagoya ・Train: approx. 20 minutes on foot from JR Iida Line “Tagiri Station” We can arrange rental cars. If you require pick-up service, please contact us at least one week in advance. We recommend arriving by car. ■ Nearby Facilities A roadside station “Tagiri-no-Sato” and a convenience store (7-Eleven) are within walking distance. ■ Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area. ■ Steps and Levels As the building is a renovated 100-year-old house, there are some steps inside. Please take care if you have mobility concerns. ■ Use of the Garden Open flames are not allowed in the garden. Personal fire pits and BBQ grills are not permitted. BBQ equipment (excluding food) is available for rental for 5,500 JPY. Please request in advance. ■ About the Host The host lives nearby. Staff may enter and exit the management building on the premises, but will not enter the guest area during your stay. ■ Other ・As this is a renovated 100-year-old house, please handle the building and facilities with care. ・Any damage, stains, or loss of items may result in charges for repair or replacement.
