Other things to note ASSOCIATE PASSES RULES FOR THE BEACH CLUB, GOLF, TENNIS OR PICKLEBALL FACILITIES: 1. Guest passes should be picked up at the Membership Office. 2.Our Administration Office is Open Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. 3. Guests with associate passes have access to Palmas Athletic Club Golf Club, Racquet Club, Fitness Club and Beach Club facilities for the detailed fee. 4. The associate pass does not include food & beverage discounts. 5. Tee Times & Court Times are available upon availability. 6. Authorized guests will be allowed to use the Beach Club facilities Monday to Thursday. 7. Passes can be requested for up to two weeks per month, per guest. 8. Members are responsible for the conduct and deportment of their guests. We reserve the right of admission. 9. People without an Associate pass are not considered guests of members in any circumstance and are not allowed to use the Beach Club facilities.
