The space The villa with heated swimming pool is ideally located between the pool and the ocean. Cap Kana can accommodate 14 people, ideal for 3 families. Its large and bright living room is a real Ode to the Basin both in its colors and its furniture and the artists represented. This spacious and warm room is composed of a large dining table and a living room area with 2 sofas facing a beautiful fireplace. Crossing, it opens onto two terraces to enjoy moments of sharing. One overlooks the heated and secure pool (motorized above-ground safety shutter), and the landscaped garden. The other overlooks a vegetated boules court. And for those who would prefer the tranquility of the interior to read, watch TV, or telework (High-speed Wi-Fi – Fiber) with peace of mind, the mezzanine is the perfect place. On the kitchen side, you will have access to: - a very nice fully equipped indoor kitchen open to the dining room. - an outdoor kitchen composed of a "Forge de l'Adour" plancha and a "Weber" gas barbecue, located on the pool side, fully shaded and illuminated at night. - a charcoal barbecue area on the boulodrome side. On the night side, make way for travel! Each of the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor is marked by the imprint of Caps from around the world. The Cape Town double room. It takes you to South Africa (160 double bed). It has a shower room and an adjoining dressing room. A hallway serves 3 other beautiful bedrooms with a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The Cape York room, surf atmosphere and tropical footprint of northeastern Australia (two separate beds of 90 that can be brought together). The cozy and warm Cape Cod room is inspired by the northeast coast of the United States (140 double bed). The bright and oriental Cap Sim room immerses you in the blue Mogador of western Morocco (160 cm double bed). In the basement, you will find a beautiful bright and friendly space, equipped with a foosball table, a pool table and a video game area (PS4). Adjacent to this is a large night room consisting of 6 single beds (90) with its shower room and a separate toilet. This space continues outside with a vegetated terrace equipped with a ping pong table.
