Enjoy the amenities this complex has to offer, like 3 pools {one of which is heated}, hot tub, fitness facility and tennis courts or walk right across the street to the beach! Located on the quiet, family friendly west end of PCB, centrally located to areas like 30A and Pier Park. You can even walk right next door to Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar to dine! The space Beach Haven is a townhouse style condominium in the Portside Resort complex. You pull right up to your door to a designated parking space, walk inside to the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the lower level. Two full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms are located upstairs, 1 king suite and 1 guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. This resort requires parking passes are paid on-site. This fee is $40 dollars plus applicable taxes. Upon arrival you will scan the QR code at the office via the HONK system. Follow these steps to register your vehicle and obtain your parking pass. Wristbands are also required to be purchased on site. Those are $1/ piece plus applicable taxes. If you arrive after hours, no worries, you can still register for your parking pass and pick up your wristbands and physical parking pass from the office the next day. Other things to note ☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes: 2 kitchen trash can liners 2 dishwasher pods 2 laundry detergent pods 1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 full roll of paper towels 1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.
