Beach Front Holiday Experience - Heart of Surfers!

This is not your regular Airbnb, I make it a holiday experience! On the beach, over 20 stories in the sky with never ending ocean & city views. indoor and outdoor heated pools, spa, sauna, tennis court, BBQ area, whales, dolphins, surfing & more. Games & Rides Kids Zone next door, Sea World 6 mins away, restaurants 2 min walk, trams & buses 30 seconds. Night clubs 5 mins walk & casino 10 drive up the road or stay in and watch movies with fast unlimited Wi-fi. The space High in the sky this amazing unit gives you the lot if you're looking for a weekend getaway or short stay on the Gold Coast. It's a two bedroom apartment with 220 deg commanding views over the ocean and city with everything including breakfast at one of the many local restaurants or just having some freshly baked croissants on the balcony from one of the many local bakeries. We have pools, spa, tennis court, bbq areas, beach and ocean views that go past Coolangatta, whales, dolphins, surfing and that's just here with all 5 theme parks within 20 mins, including Sea World 9 mins up the road and free buses that pick you up. With wide range of local restraints only one street away you won't go hungry or you can just order in and have fresh lobster and cocktails on the balcony watching one of our amazing pink and golden sunsets. Up for a game of tennis?, we have racquets ready to go and you can play from 8am – 8pm daily if you are feeling a bit sporty. I live here alone and work most of the time or am down the beach so the kitchen, dinning and lounge room is used about 1 hr a day by me and the rest of the time available for any use you like. You have your own private room with built in mirror wardrobes, beach, ocean and city views and your own private large bathroom with shower and spa bath so you can relax after a big day relaxing, lol. We have the tram station 30 seconds away as well as a fun park with rides, mini put-put and more also 30 seconds away so a kid’s, or big kid’s, paradise with everything at your doorstep. If you want a rest from exploring the local attractions or beach, how about spending a few hours – or the whole day, lazing around our sparkling pool and swimming in its glistening waters. Maybe take an hour or two out of your day to unwind and try our beautiful heated pools, spa and sauna, and if you need a gym we have 4 within 5 mins walk but I use the beach. There are truly not many better ways to spend a few lazy afternoon hours than swimming, sun baking, spa and sauna at my luxury Surfers Paradise resort. The resort is NOT brand new. My unit is NOT brand new and this is a home hot a hotel. If you want hotel 5 star quality then this is NOT the holiday for you. The carpers are cleaned daily but not new, the windows are cleaned weekly but they get salty fast depending on the weather, the window do not all seal perfectly and in super high winds they can rattle, the draw handles in the bathroom have spotting chrome wear and tear and little things like that in a normal home that make absolutely no difference to anything BUT sometimes you just want 5 star all the way where everything is brand new and perfect or you want your money back and I'm like that sometimes so I understand. I am open and honest as I have no fear of rejection, this is a fantastic place and I'll do everything to make sure your holiday is wonderful at a great price BUT this is a home NOT a hotel and I keep it as clean and nice as possible for myself and especially for my guests but like me, it's not perfect. Whereas if I book a hotel, it had better be perfect as that's what I'm paying for, here you are creating a holiday experience with breathtaking moments and vivid memories. That's what I offer but if you're looking for something else then I wish you the best of luck, there's something for everyone and if you need any advice or have some questions feel free to contact me. Guest access You will virtually have the run of the apartment except for my bedroom and on-suite. I work 12 hrs a day in the digital world and have a million things to do and so I do not lay around the lounge watching TV or have dinner parties or cooking up storms in the kitchen, I travel the world and create new realities, lol. So as far as the kitchen, dining, room, lounge room & laundry u will have them to yourself 95% of the time. You'll get you own keys to access the building and apartment and all facilities in the resort. During your stay I'm available 24/7 for any concerns and know the local area very well so am happy to provide lots of local information and recommendations. But if you don't need me you won't see me as i have a million things to do. Other things to note Babies? I love them but only one per coupe and only for short stays of maximum 2 nights unless by special arrangement.
