Free parking, Wi-Fi, and a large garden with outdoor furniture. *No guest service fees The space PARKING There are designated parking spaces to the rear of the property, along with further spaces to the front which operate on a first-come-first-served basis. ENTRANCE & HALLWAY With a large patio to the front of the house, the front door opens into a decent sized hallway that offers a desk and chair, a downstairs toilet, and access to the cosy living area and modern kitchen. LIVING AREA The cosy living area provides two sofas and a separate armchair for relaxing in front of the smart TV or playing some of the family games provided. KITCHEN A great space for socialising as a family or group, the modern kitchen is fully equipped for guest stays, including cooking utensils, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and dining table. CONSERVATORY The bright and welcoming conservatory offers another great dining space, along with access to a utility room housing a washing machine. GARDEN This sizable garden is great for coffees in the morning or al-fresco dining at night under the stars. BEDROOM 1 Bedroom 1 offers a double bed along with storage. All beds are prepared with fresh hotel-quality linens. BEDROOM 2 Bedroom 2 houses a single bed along with storage. BEDROOM 3 & 4 Both bedrooms provide two single beds and storage. BATHROOM The modern bathroom offers a shower over a bath, with a fresh bath and hand towel provided for each guest. Guest access Access is via a lockbox by the front door, while we are on hand if needed!
