Santa Monica Ocean View Beach House

Ocean view house, 10 minute walk to beach, 10 minute (or less) Uber to Downtown Santa Monica. Beautiful beach-style house with a full ocean view from almost every room. A beautiful relaxing space on the best property in the neighbourhood! The space There is nothing better than waking up with a cup of coffee and watching the waves on the beach below! Our home is clean, spacious, and very peaceful. It is about 1600 sqft with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Guest access The space is the middle floor of a house. There is a locked gate for the property, and after walking down a set of stairs (pictured in our photos) you will reach our private entrance. The floor is completely private and designed to be a rental unit. There is also a beautiful garden on the property with a large table and chairs nestled amongst it for garden dining. Other things to note The owners of the property live on the upstairs floor (totally separate and not-accessible from our space.) Very friendly people and supportive of our little AirBnb! They are elderly and their part of the property is a bit untidy. They have a few things in the garden and miscellaneous items near the stairs. To get to our private entrance, you walk past their designated area. Once you get to our front entrance, everything is neat and tidy. Just want to be transparent about the upper part of the garden! *it is not visible from the unit.
