Our Granate Apartment is located at the center of everything you need during your stay in San Juan. Situated right on Ave. de Diego at the intersection of the Santurce & Condado area, you will be within walking distance to some of the nicest coffee spots, local shops, supermarket, and both Ocean Park & Condado beach. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for a couple or a couple of friends! with its own dedicated working desk & workout equipment with a punching bag. The space The apartment is one of eight in a 1930's European style building with high ceilings, spacious rooms and great natural lighting. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a short or mid term stay, including a pair of beach chairs, iron, washer & dryer, a dedicated working space and much more. Guest access We are ideally located and you will find everything within a short distance including the supermarket just across the street, access to the highway in a minute, and Ocean Park Beach access just an 8 min walk away. We do not have a parking spot designated for the apartment but there is street parking available around the block. There is also the option of paying a parking fee for a spot at the our neighboring hotel DoubleTree ($3.75/hr). Other things to note - We are very centrally located so the apartment feels like a city apartment with some street noise possible. - The second full bathroom does not have a sink but it has a toilet and shower with hot water. - Our Beach Essentials include beach towels and two beach chairs no beach blankets, umbrella or snorkeling gear. - As Kitchen Essentials we only provide pots and pans no condiments. - We offer a set of welcome amenities such as toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and trashbags. Extras must be purchased by guests. - We do not have a power generator. In case of power outages we provide flashlights and battery powered fans.
