Located in the small, hip Montavilla neighborhood, truly provides an authentic 'Portland' experience. Central location, close to PDX and 10 mins to downtown. An adorable 1920's house situated right off E. Burnside. Our lower unit is both contemporary and spacious with 800 sq ft that is brightly lit with ample windows, private bathroom, small kitchen, roomy entertainment area, and modern furnishings. Feels like a hotel with your own private entrance, great yard and seating for coffee in morning! The space This listing can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and one small child. The second bed is a comfy pullout for either 1 adult or one child. We do have two dogs, a small dog named Louie and a another dog named Pinky who lives in the upper part of the home. You might hear an occasional bark or paws running on our wood floors. You might hear occasional talking from our house as well. We try our hardest to curb all noise however if you are sensitive to any noise- probably this is not your place. We are a non-smoking listing. Guest access You would have access through the back door of the house. It is located at the end of the driveway. Pass through the gate, exterior lights will turn on. Other things to note Coffee and tea is provided. Please dont use the tea pot and coffee pot at the same time, it can blow the fuse .The space has a Bose Soundlink Mini located next to the TV screen for your use. Listen to your own Pandora, Playlist or any other Internet radio station from it. An instruction manual is located next to it. welcome package. We do not offer the use of our washer and dryer.
