Sleeps comfortably 8 people The space Very charming, peaceful, year-round, modern bungalow. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a high-quality queen-size bed and comfortable mattresses. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults and a couple of children. We can also provide extra queen size mattress and bedding, if needed. The house is newly renovated with all the comforts of a modern retreat, yet charming feel of a cottage. The living room has 65"TV with an electric fire place and very comfortable sofa and love seat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There are new appliances and central heating and air conditioning. House comes with unlimited Internet and Ignite TV with over 200+ channels. The lake is a 5 minute walk at the end of the street, with access to a private beach. There you will find beach chairs, to soak in the beautiful lake views. Our place is great for every season and for all ages. It is perfect for a weekend getaway, family vacation, ice fishing, girls/boys weekend, or working remotely! Guest access There is ample parking space in the driveway, to accommodate up to six cars. Other things to note There are two golf courses nearby: 1) Willow Beach Golf Course is just a five-minute drive. It is an executive 9-hole golf course. They also have a driving range and mini putt. 2) Lakeview Golf Course in Sutton is a 10-minute drive and is a regular 9-hole course. There are a variety of restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, ice cream shoppes in Georgina, Sutton and Keswick. You will find a list of these places in our binder, prepared for you. Georgina's Adventure Headquarters, The ROC, is just a 5-minute drive away. They offer Rock Climbing, Ropes Course, Zipline, Naturalized Playground and Splash Pad, Labyrinth, Walking Trails, Tennis and Basketball. Pioneer Village and Archives is 2 minutes from the ROC. You can explore Georgina's rich history between 1850 and 1920. There is a one room schoolhouse, general store, train station, blacksmith shops and an apothecary. Georgina Military Museum is five-minute drive, which provides a rich and highly textured multi-dimensional presentation of members of our society in Canadian wartime conflicts of past and present.
