Palmerita Loft | Heated pool

Cosy and luminous loft in Casa la Playita, it has a great location in the historic centre, on the plaza Embajadoras. The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments only. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming. The apartments are adults only Fiber internet all around the property Washing-machines & dryer. Nota: The property does not have private parking. There are stairs within the property as shown in the photos. The space The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need: memory foam king size bed, sofa, Alexa Speaker with Spotify, induction stoves, Expresso, fridge, oven, microwave, blender, kettle, hairdryer, iron Nota: La propiedad No cuenta con estacionamiento. Guest access Nota: The garden down the house is property of the neighbors, we enjoy the view of it and look after it but we are not supposed to go wander in there! Other things to note We share the entrance of the private street with 4 neighbors. Please, remember to ALWAYS close the door of the main entrance.
