Minimal space, unbeatable location!!! This intimate and delightful studio apartment was redesigned and renovated in 2021. Thanks to the comfortable rollaway bed, the space can be transformed with a gesture into the living room where you can enjoy a snack or prepare to explore Florence, or it becomes the bedroom where you can rest before returning to immerse yourself in the beauty of the city. We are located in Santa Croce, 120 meters from the facade of the church. The space From here you can move easily throughout the city, reach museums and monuments with a short walk, and enjoy a neighborhood full of clubs, bars, restaurants of all kinds. This is a perfect place to stay for a couple of days, catering to a traveler's needs. Whether you are traveling alone or as a couple, this is an excellent base for exploring the city and enjoying the most important comforts. The room is on the second floor of an 1800s mansion, faces St. Joseph Street, and has windows that reduce the little noise of a street restricted to traffic-mostly pedestrians pass by on St. Joseph Street. In summer, air conditioning cools the room in moments! In winter, the room heats up quickly. The mattress of the single bed is very comfortable and measures 20 cm high. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, a stove with two induction stoves and a microwave oven. The built-in washing machine has a 3kg drum. The bathroom has a shower; you will find a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. Wifi, hot/cold AC. Guest access Parking garages and paid parking areas are a short distance from our studio apartment. Getting around the city is easy either on foot or by using electric bicycles or the small buses that run around the center. In the Santa Croce neighborhood, around our accommodation, you will find the Sant'Ambrogio Market, with stalls selling fresh fruits and vegetables but also meat, fish or clothes. A short distance away are small supermarkets, hairdressers, laundromats. There are many leather stores, a traditional activity in this neighborhood! - and plenty of options for fun evenings, meeting people in the many nightclubs of the movida, a couple of blocks from the house.
