Guest access Guests can do laundry in the garage, and use community pool, living room TV, and dining room if other residents aren’t using it. Limited shared kitchen privileges, bring your own cookware and food supplies. During your stay I work full time weekdays and am available at night or weekends for any assistance. I am available by text, phone, or email for questions. There are occupants that live in the other 2 bedrooms. My mom sometimes helps with the property management, questions and maintenance.
