A new, cozy, comfortable two-storey estate with panoramic windows, close to the Sorochany ski resort. We are happy to host up to 6 guests in three cozy bedrooms with two bathrooms. Guests have access to a living room-studio with a kitchen with all the necessary household appliances, a large TV, Wi-Fi, a terrace and a barbecue area. Perfect place for winter sports enthusiasts 🎿 The space 🛋 There is a living room-studio with a kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, electric oven), full tableware for 6 people, kitchen utensils. 🚿 Bathroom with shower, double sink, washing machine, hairdryer and hygienic shower head. Guests are provided with capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher (1 per day). Dispose of toilet paper and personal hygiene products only in the trash bin. 🔥 In the common area there is a fireplace, a second light, a large dining table, chairs, a corner sofa. Floor heating in common areas. At your disposal is a 55" Smart TV (subscription to Kinopoisk, Netflix), Wi-Fi, fiber optic internet, board games. The estate is equipped with a Smart Home system (Hite Pro), controlled from the iPhone/Android app. 🛌 On the second floor there are three isolated bedrooms with queen size beds (160x200) and a bathroom. We provide our guests with bed linen and towels. The balcony has an amazing view of the forest. For your convenience, there is a water well, sewerage, heating. 🍖 There is a barbecue area on the estate (grill and skewers). Ecologically clean area, fresh air, spring (within walking distance). 🌲 In close proximity to the estate there is an X-Land amusement park (with a zoo, bowling, stables), in summer you can go fishing. In the village of Ilyinskoye there is a Belgian restaurant Ilyinsky Hills, where you can listen to live music and dance. There is an active Nativity Church in Ilyinskoye, and there is a baptismal font nearby. 🍭 Nearby shops Pyaterochka, Magnit, Loft. Other things to note ❗️Attention! In winter, we recommend all-wheel drive cars for check-in, parking in the courtyard of the house for 3 cars. - Upon check-in, guests sign a contract for the use of the residential premises. - Dispose of toilet paper and personal care products only in the trash bin. - You must bring charcoal and fire starter with you. - Smoking on the estate is allowed only in the barbecue area.
