Private room in a lake-facing posh 3bhk apartment

A private room with attached private washroom in a house with a beautiful lake view and a long common balcony in Harlur, Bangalore. The room is airy, has a queen bed , a desk and a wardrobe. Some IMP things to note 1) Pls send an enquiry/msg 1st, not a booking request 2) Mention your age, work profile, city of origin, lifestyle, interests, etc. I'll only accept your booking IF you're a right fit for me to share my space with. The space 1. Please send an "enquiry/message" me before sending a booking request as I need to know who I'll be sharing my space with to decide if you're a good fit. Please provide details like your age, where you're coming from, work profile etc. 2. You have to like dogs! (even though there's no dogs in the house right now.) 3. You'll get a private room in a shared apartment. So the bedroom + washroom is exclusively for you, but the living and dining area, kitchen and balcony will be common for all 2-3 residents of the house. 4. I prefer someone who likes to keep the room and their surroundings clean, picks up after themselves, helps out with chores if needed and doesn't expect a hotel-like treatment. 5. This is a home, not a commercial hotel or resort so please treat it accordingly. (as the prices too are not of a hotel!) Guest access 1. The flat is located in a large gated society opposite National Public School and has amenities like a gym, 2 swimming pools, lawns, and the flat comes with a private parking if needed. Look up the location on maps and only send an enquiry if the location works for you. 2. There's a lake right outside the main entrance that you can walk/jog around. (2km circumference.) 3. There's not many cafes or places to hang around within a radius of 2km but HSR layout which is full of cool cafes, bars, and shops is only 3-4kms away and you can easily get an Uber there. 4. Food and grocery delivery is easy and fast. 5. Koramangla is about 10kms away and Indiranagar is 15kms away. The Airport is 55kms away and best way to get to the house from anywhere is an Uber/Ola cab. 6. I have a (non geared) bike too which i can lend to you depending on a few things. During your stay There'll be 2-3 other bachelors in the house. The host (me) stays in another city. Other things to note Please DO NOT ask me for my number or address of this place.
