An amazing getaway in the heart of the Surrey hills this wonderful spacious family house with a big garden and private parking is just two minutes walk into glorious country side. Set on a quiet private road in the quaint village of North Holmwood which has its own church and duck pond (as featured in Country Life magazine). The historic market town of Dorking and famous Box Hill are minutes away, it's the perfect location for walking, biking, pubs, or just exploring the beautiful surroundings. The space There are three bedrooms on the upper floor and a bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom at the front of the house has an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is very large and has garden view. It has a large double bed which can be separated into two if needed. We separate it for our children who still share a bedroom and combine it for guests. The third bedroom is smaller and has a decent size bunk bed which is perfect for small adults, teens, or younger children. The fourth bedroom is downstairs at the back of the house. This room can be used either as a summer room leading into the back garden or as a double bedroom. A very comfortable bed folds out from the wall. We set this room as our guests request. Guest access There is room for three cars easily in the drive way. You can walk around the local area and up past the church into the woods. A car is probably preferable for making the most out of exploring the Surrey hills but there is a bus service from the village into Dorking if needed.
