Everything is on your door when you stay at Cedar Lodge The space This house has been renovated inside and out, in a beautiful and tasteful modern style, making it feel fresh, open, light-filled and relaxing. The whole property has been designed with your relaxation in mind. Please let us know if your special pet is accompanying yourself so that we can cater for them as well. There are 4 spacious bedrooms that have been gorgeously decorated (2 with study areas/work spaces), a full bathroom, a separate toilet, a generous laundry, plus an open style entertainer’s kitchen overlooking a large loungeroom and dining. There are light filled windows all over the house letting you take in the beautiful surrounds, but are also all fitted with block-out curtains if a sleep-in is what you need. The new large television is a fully equipped smart device, so you can log in to the streaming apps readily available or YouTube. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped with everything you should need. The spacious laundry has a brand new washing machine, dryer, and ample storage. The bathroom has just been fully renovated with a shower and a separate large bathtub, ready to soak away. Linen is supplied for each bedroom. There is free wi-fi available. Everything you need is in this house, so all you have to do is put your bags away, sit, relax, and enjoy! As much care, pride, and attention to detail have been executed with the outside space. It is a welcoming space that invites you to come explore, discover, or simply sit, light a fire, and take in the beautiful views across the valley and up to the hills. Afterwards, you can pick some fresh herbs from the raised garden beds or pick some vegetables growing in the 2 large vegetable patches. With all of this, there is still plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore. Imagine the kids playing around you, discovering the wonders of nature, while you’re sitting with a fire roaring, the stars shining bright, and a nice glass of something in your hand, just listening to the sound of serenity! Ewen Maddock dam is very popular with trails to mountain bike, walk, run, or horse ride, plus a playground and a swimming hole. The BMX track is open to the public and is run by the Hinterland BMX Club, which holds events/races for competitors from all over Australia. The Skatepark is a great public space that can be ridden on with scooters, skateboards, or bikes. If you’re lucky, you may even spot some world famous competitors like Ryan Williams practising there. The Mooloolah Country Club offers a relaxed, country tavern style dinner that can be enjoyed while listening to one of the frequent bands playing or while enjoying a game of bare foot bowls or pool. Located only 4 minutes away is the peaceful township of Mooloolah. It has a large, well stocked IGA, bakery, butcher, chemist, hardware, hairdresser, newsagency, takeaway/sit-down restaurants, plus lots of local shops, cafes, parks and much more. Mooloolah is also on the direct train line to Brisbane, and there is a public bus service that runs all over the Sunshine Coast.
