Welcome to Edgewater Escape. This unique vintage Pizza Hut-looking property is fully equipped with everything you need to have a carefree vacation. Set in an exclusively-small family neighborhood between Grand Haven and Holland, miles of hiking/biking paths and Lake Michigan beaches are just minutes away (check out Kirk and Windsnest Parks, must-sees!). This is definitely not that. Sorry friends, no parties. Our beach house is in a small and quiet family neighborhood. Any special occasions must be disclosed at the time of reservation.] PUBLIC BEACHES: - Zwemer Beach: 0.2 miles (walkable!) - Kirk Park: 0.9 miles - Olive Shores Beach: 1 miles - Windsnest Park: 2 miles - Grand Haven State Park: 9 miles - Holland State Park: 12 miles FLOOR PLAN: - Lower level (one bedroom): features one full bathroom, one guest bedroom with queen bed and twin/twin daybed, smart TV, washer/dryer and a porch. - First floor (two bedrooms): features a primary suite with king bed/ensuite bathroom, one guest bedroom with double over double bunk beds, another full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, family room and access to two deck patios (back/front) with plenty of seating. - Third floor ('fourth' bedroom): large, open loft area that sleeps four (via one full bed and two double-sized futons) and includes a desk/WFH space and TV connected to a PS3 for games (on hand!) and movies. This space is considered the 'fourth bedroom,' please note it's the full third level/open loft space (not a bedroom with a door/closet). BATHROOMS: All bathrooms have full showers and are stocked with clean towels, bathroom tissue and a few extras. KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. We also provide a coffee maker, toaster and other handy extras. We’re fully-stocked with everyday china, silverware, cookware, and utensils. Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and hand soap are replenished weekly. The dining area seats up to six people. LIVING ROOM: Includes conversational seating and a new smart TV (apps not cable!). Access the large deck directly off the living area through two sets of sliding patio doors. OUTSIDE: Large decks are located on both the front and back of the home, featuring a variety of seating options and a dining area. BONUS: Relax and enjoy your time at the beach in a hot tub (that seats way more than any hot tub should), located in an enclosed gazebo on the back deck.
