Spacious and captivating apartment by Lake Geneva

You might be visiting family, attending a festival, or on a business trip, anyhow, once you come in this 120 sqm apartment, it will give you a unique feeling of calm and tranquility. As it sits on the shores of the stunning Lake Geneva, come to its wooden balcony, to find the sun or the moon rising on the peaks of the Alps. The space Do you prefer to stay indoors? Dim the lights and relax in the comfortable living room or watch a movie in the TV lounge. Swisscom blue TV with a wide range of international channels and Netflix are available. In its well equipped kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils & crockery to practice your culinary skills. Dishwasher, induction stove, microwave are at your disposal. Sleeping arrangements - The master bedroom which is facing the lake has a double bed and there are twin beds (90cm each) within the guest room. Finally, there is also single fold-out guest bed (stored as a zippered pouffe) located in the master which can be moved in the living room or the guest room. You will also find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub & shower-head and separate toilet with a sink (powder room). A Washing machine and dryer are conveniently available in-house. Guest access The entire apartment will be yours during your stay. Other things to note This is a no smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Parking - There is a public carpark (La Duche) which is 5min away by foot. Parking on the streets within the neighbourhood is usually also available - there is a cost per 30min during the day and it is free from evening to morning.
